Conservation Programs : Appliance Turn-In Reward
If you’re stuck with older, less efficient appliances, they’re costing you extra money on your utility bills. Maybe it’s time to replace those old refrigerators, freezers and air conditioners with newer models. Our Appliance Turn-In Reward program makes it easy. We’ll pay you a check for $20 per customer when you turn in old refrigerators and freezers that are still in working order. We’ll even arrange for pick-up of your older appliances and cover those costs as well. The appliances you turn in will be disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner. Useful parts will be recycled and dangerous PCBs and ozone-damaging CFCs will be recovered. Best of all, when you replace your old appliances with newer and more energy-efficient models, you’ll save money month after month on your utility bills.
